The Brief— Rec Radar wanted to provide an international recruitment network for recruitment agencies, whereby professional recruiters could open online accounts to network and trade employers and jobseekers in order to fulfil their requirements. By trading online in a secure arena, these agencies could then share profits and develop business partnerships.
